Creamed honey is a carefully controlled crystallization of raw honey to make a super smooth, spreadable cream. Only raw honey will crystallize so you know it’s the good stuff!
Perfect on a warm piece of bread, bagel, or muffin!
*Keep in a cool place around 50-60 degrees for best storage. If the cream gets too warm it will return back to liquid honey*
Since we only use raw honey to make the cream, it essentially will last forever! It might require to be mixed up as it settles.
