2: Fall Wildflower Honey

Includes flavors from a diverse set of flowers including purple aster, white aster, goldenrod, and thistle. It's produced as a slightly darker honey that is more bold in flavor which is great for cooking. 

3: Buckwheat Honey

 Exclusively made from buckwheat flowers. It's a totally unique and bold flavor that is highly sought after. This honey is desirable due to its extremely high health benefits (generally the darker the honey the more antioxidants and health benefits).
