This is the darkest honey our bees will make. It's has a flowery molasses/malt flavor with many different aftertastes. It is by far our most unique kind of honey.

A general rule of thumb: darker honey tends to be higher in antioxidant compounds than lighter ones. Buckwheat honey is our best antidote as we fight through this cold and flu season!

Great Honey

unique Great Taste

This buckwheat honey is delicious! Another great purchase from Bee Country. I would have purchased the quart size but it was sold out. Definitely going to purchase when back in stock.. couldn't be happier with all my purchases, love this shop!
